We presently provide professional fitness training in the entire Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana area. Each FITLife Program is designed to work in a variety of environments: home, office, or your local gym. Come in and let us show you how exciting your new FITLife can be!

Studio One is our privately owned workout facility. This private studio is now conveniently located on Chenoweth Ln. in St. Matthews.  We offer in-home services or training in corporate locations as well. Great Location! As an added plus, the neighborhood is safe and friendly if you choose to go for an easy walk or a fast-paced run outdoors.Our professional fitness trainers work with you in our state of the art, private studio. No crowded gyms, no waiting for equipment, a non-intimidating atmosphere with a lot of focus on your personal success. Our Studio has weight lifting machines, a full line of leg machines and free weights . Our cardio equipment consists of treadmills, ellipticals & recumbent bikes . We have added some new equipment to challenge you during your workouts. FITLife has a leg press, chest / back / shoulder press, an additional inner and outer leg machine, and a leg curl / extension machine. We also have a Smith machine. There is something here for everyone at every stage of fitness. Everything we need to get fantastic results for you!

In-Home Personal Training

We can design a program that not only provides toning and body shaping, but builds muscular strength as well. All with just several basic pieces of equipment to work with. We can bring the equipment with us or use yours! FITLife programs can adjust to most home settings.
