Sarah Ayers

Sarah believes in a well rounded, dynamic approach to health and fitness.  From cancer survivors to Marines, she has experience training a wide range of people and ability levels. For Sarah, personal training is not only about teaching clients the basics of physical fitness, but also teaching them how to maintain a healthy lifestyle that they can control and maintain for the rest of their lives.  She has experienced the negative effects of both over-training and under-training and has discovered firsthand how important having a healthy balance is in one’s life. Sarah feels that the body is the biggest gift that you will ever receive, but like anything else, you need to take care of it in order for it to serve you. She works with her clients on strength, cardiovascular exercise, and flexibility, encouraging them and supporting them to seek their fullest potential. Personally, she enjoys a wide variety of activities including, running, biking, swimming, water-skiing, rollerblading, tennis, yoga, and reading.
