Boot Camps

FITLife’s Boot Camps will launch your fitness! Whether you are just coming out of hibernation and need a boost into warm weather fitness, still haven’t dropped those holiday pounds, or simply want to rev your metabolism, Boot Camp works!

Geriatric Fitness

Geriatric Fitness is a FITLife program aimed to educate clients 65 and over about exercise, nutrition, and various ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle despite common geriatric ailments such as osteoporosis, arthritis, joint replacement, etc.  Please call 502-499-4949 to schedule a class for your group today!

FITLife KIDS

Fitness and nutrition training is not limited to the adult community.  Our children grow up faster, take on responsibility at younger ages, and experience increased stress just like us.  For many  kids, these unique pressures have either aggravated or manifested themselves as social and learning challenges, like ADHD.  Exercise and good eating habits can play such a productive and critical role for children who struggle with school, relationships, and self-confidence.  We have certified and degreed specialists at FITlife who structure training programs for kids ages 4 to 12 using exercise-based behavior intervention, positive reinforcement, a token economy system, and tips for healthy living. We train children individually or in a group setting and incorporate age-adjusted education regarding sleep, healthy eating, self-esteem, stress, and resiliency along with our fitness programs.
